My passion for the world of competitive sports has been a lifelong one. After years of study and earning a degree at the University of Urbino, I made the decision to specialize at the University of Birmingham in England, considered the top sports science university in Europe, with only 20 students admitted worldwide each year.

This opportunity allowed me to gain significant experience as a personal trainer and athletic coach, working with some of the world’s sports elites, including Martin Castrogiovanni (Italian national rugby team), the Italian national rugby team, Stade Français Paris Rugby (TOP 14), Siena Calcio, ACF Fiorentina, and more.

The type of training, duration, intensity, and other factors are always determined based on your goals and availability, following an in-person consultation.

The cost estimate is also based on these factors. According to the payment plan, you are entitled to discounted prices. It’s important to note that if you choose to continue with me, the cost of the first consultation is always deducted from the total amount.”
